WE BELIEVE THAT EVERYONE DESRVES A FAIR WAGE FOR A FAIR HOURS WORK

We pay our staff the London Living Wage because we believe that’s fair and we provide extensive on the job training for all of our team including first aid, food hygiene, running a bar and of course, how to brew. We also focus on soft skills such as customer service, team work and professional behaviours using our in-house training tool, the Ignition development cog.

Most of our team is recruited via our partners Brighter Horizons, Lewisham Mencap and Lewisham College but we do consider applications from anyone who is neurodivergent or who has a learning disability. Due to the volume of applications we receive each year, unfortunately we can’t keep them on file; the best thing to do is to keep checking back as all our vacancies will be posted here first.

“ We love the friendly atmosphere set by the staff who are wonderful. And the fact that thar the beer is literally brewed in the back room. Of course, behind it all is the ethos that everyone deserves a chance and opportunity to work.”
